Josh sale suspension, Tampa Bay Rays prospect Josh Sale has been suspended for conduct detrimental to the organization. That reason can be given for a lot of reasons, but we know what incident led to Sale’s suspension and it is a very unusual reason. According to Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times, Sale was suspended after taking to Facebook to brag about an incident he had at a night club.

“Threw 50 cents at a stripper tonight. First time. Got kicked out and she got so (mad) thought she was gonna cry. Your a stripper. Be thankful,” he wrote.
Yeah, that sure is something to be proud of.
Sale was recently added to the roster for Class-A Charlotte Stone Crabs after serving a 50-game suspension that followed a positive for for methamphetamine and an amphetamine. Between amphetamine and throwing change at strippers, Sale definitely sounds like a winner. Something tells me that it will be a while for a call up to the majors, if that time ever comes.
