Zac Efron rehab, It emerged this week that he'd been forced to go to rehab back in April due to alleged cocaine addiction.
But it has now been reported that Zac Efron actually had TWO stints in rehab this year after suffering a relapse on the set of film Neighbours.

According to TMZ, the 25-year-old originally entered a treatment facility in March, undergoing several weeks of treatment.

But after trying his best to overcome his alleged drug addiction, the former High School Musical star suffered a relapse the very next month.

Zac was working on Seth Rogan's new movie at the time and missed a number of days of work as he struggled to cope.
An insider told the website that it on the set of the film that the addiction really took hold and 'spiralled out of control.''
The star then reportedly re-entered the rehab facility as soon as the film wrapped to try and sort himself out.

An insider close to the star told E! News: “He's healthy, happy and not drinking. He's taking time to focus on working.”
Another source also told People: “He’s doing great. He's taking care of himself and it shows.”
