Kelly osbourne sues landlord, Kelly Osbourne was reportedly left out of pocket when she failed to receive none of a whopping $18,700 security deposit she had paid on a West Hollywood apartment, according to a new report. The star is now said to be suing her former landlord to get back the cash.

According to TMZ website, her former landlord claimed that tenant damage and cleaning expenses
took up the entire deposit and Kelly was told that she would not be receiving any of her deposit money back.

The 28-year-old alleges in her lawsuit that when she moved out, the landlord never checked the unit or sent an email with an estimate of damages.
Luckily if Kelly wins the case, she could be in for a windfall. Under California law, if the landlord wrongly retained her security deposit, she can receive up to twice the amount she paid originally.
Meanwhile, Kelly was spotted at London Fashion Week having a giggle with One Directioner Harry Styles and presenter Nick Grimshaw.
The threesome were caught joking around in the front row of the 'House of Holland' show last week.
The fun didn't stop there as Kelly and Harry were also pictured at the W Magazine dinner party on Saturday. They were joined by Kelly's fiancé Matthew Mosshart who also looked in high spirits.
As usual, Kelly was working her own unique style as she showed off a striking purple hairstyle and displayed some of her many tattoos.

The trendy friends also attended Pixie Geldof's karaoke birthday party last week at London's Dorchester hotel. Other guests included Daisy Lowe, Noel Gallagher, Kimberly Stewart and Jack Whitehall.
